Accountability. GDR does not warrant the validity and accuracy of information submitted by Users or Members nor does it guarantee the quality of any work product by Members. Although care has been taken to provide accurate and current information, GDR does not assume responsibility for any inaccurate information provided by Members. Third party content may appear or be accessible through the Site via member links. GDR has not reviewed these third party sites and does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. GDR does not represent or warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

Member Listings. The determination of the need for legal services and the choice of a lawyer or law firm are important decisions and should not be based solely upon Members self-proclaimed areas of practice. If you are a Member, participating in any aspect of this Site, including but not limited to email forums you acknowledge that rules of professional conduct apply to all aspects of your participation and that you will abide by such rules. The rules include, but are not limited to, the rules relating to advertising, solicitation of clients, unauthorized practice of law, and misrepresentations of fact. GDR disclaims all responsibility for your compliance with these rules.

Disclosure of Confidential Information. By using GDR, user acknowledges that any and all information transmitted via the internet is subject to interception by third parties. Although GDR places a high regard on the confidentiality of your dispute, we cannot guarantee your privacy. Therefore, Users should refrain from revealing private information that would identify parties involved. Users should describe their dispute in general terms when communicating via the internet. Specific and private information should only be revealed once the User has selected the Member and made contact via phone or in person. Members should avoid requesting specific or confidential information of Users via GDR.

Release. Users and Members hereby release, acquit and discharge GDR and GlobalDispute.com from any and all liability, demands, losses, claims, damages or injuries of any kind and nature, whether seen or unforeseen, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with GDR, any disclosure resulting from use of GDR, any conflict of interest, ethical violation, or any alleged malpractice arising out of any Users utilization of GDR in locating a Member.

Restrictions on Use.Users may access, use, and print information from the Site strictly for internal non-commercial personal use. Intellectual Property Rights. Users agree that all right, title and interest (including all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and other intellectual property rights) in this Site and its content belong to GDR and/or its licensors, as applicable. Advertising.This Site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site is accurate and complies with applicable laws. GDR will not be responsible for the illegality of or any error or inaccuracy in any advertiser’s or sponsor’s materials.
