I am writing you this letter to inform you of my desire to resolve our dispute. At this point, I feel it would be helpful for us to use the services of a neutral third party, a mediator. This method seems to be the fastest, fairest, and least costly way to bring an end to our dispute.
I found a website www.globaldispute.com, that provides information on mediation. In addition, this site provides the contact and background information on numerous mediators, including their areas of expertise. I have chosen five mediators that I feel comfortable with and have listed them below. To show good faith in wanting to resolve this dispute, I will leave the ultimate decision up to you based on the five I have chosen. |
